Orphaned after his parents died in a plane crash, Mr. Penn was raised by a devoted shaman who raised him on a healthy diet of crayons and paste on the open plains of New Mexico. Years later, on a field trip to an art supply store, Mr. Penn was caught in a freak accident. Radioactive paint replaced his blood, his skin was replaced by paper, his bones became graphite. From that day forward he vowed to use his gifts to teach children ART!

Seriously...

Mr. Penn was born and raised in Tallahassee. A life-long artist, he is a product of Leon County Schools. He graduated from FSU with a degree in Art Education in 2002. He is in currently in his ninth year of teaching. Art was his favorite subject when he was in school, and he relishes the thought that maybe it’s your child’s favorite too.
