Because I (Mr. Penn) like to draw, I'm one of the few teachers who has drawn his own rules. I've posted them in 5 different places in my room (306) so the children have no excuse to NOT know my expectations. There are two sets which don't vary too much. The biggest difference is that Kindergarten and 1st Grade students have a seat on the floor at the beginning of class where I read a story about the days' assignment and teach. 2nd grade through 5th sit and learn from their desks.
